The “Tourism for All 2025” program in Greece is set to open applications tomorrow, February 24, 2025, offering holiday vouchers ranging from €200 to €600 for eligible citizens. This initiative aims to promote domestic tourism and provide financial support to families and individuals, especially during the low tourist season.
The Greek Ministry of Tourism announced today, February 23rd, 2025, that the application process for the new round of the “Tourism for All 2025” program will begin on Monday, February 24th, 2025. This year, the program features increased voucher amounts, ranging from €200 to €600, depending on the applicant’s category and the chosen travel period.
Voucher Amounts: High vs. Low Season Tourism for All 2025
The voucher amounts vary depending on whether you travel during the high or low tourist season:
- General Category:
- €200 during the high season (May 1, 2025 – September 30, 2025)
- €300 during the low season (from card issuance – April 30, 2025 & October 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025)
- Single Parents, Families with 3+ Children, and Pensioners:
- €300 during the high season (May 1, 2025 – September 30, 2025)
- €400 during the low season (from card issuance – April 30, 2025 & October 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025)
- Individuals with Disabilities (67%+) or Parents of Children with Disabilities (67%+):
- €400 during the high season (May 1, 2025 – September 30, 2025)
- €600 during the low season (from card issuance – April 30, 2025 & October 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025)

- Encourages Off-Season Travel: The program supports holidays outside the peak tourist season by allowing voucher use until September 30, 2025 (high season) or December 31, 2025 (low season).
Who is Eligible for Tourism for All 2025?
To be eligible for the “Tourism for All 2025” program, you must:
- Be an adult, a permanent resident of Greece, and a tax resident.
- Have submitted a final income tax return for the 2023 tax year by the deadline.
- Meet the income criteria outlined in the table below:

For the purposes of this program, a child is defined as any natural, legally recognized, or adopted child for whom the applicant has parental responsibility.
Important: Each family member who possesses a tax identification number (AFM) and meets the program’s income criteria has the right to apply.
Who is Not Eligible for Tourism for All 2025?
The following categories of citizens are not eligible for the “Tourism for All 2025” program:
- Those selected as beneficiaries of the DYPA Social Tourism Program for the period 2024-2025, regardless of whether they used the benefit or not.
- Those selected in the first and second rounds of the “Tourism for All” project for the years 2022-2025 (i.e., the “Tourism for All 2022-2023” and “Tourism for All 2024” programs), regardless of whether they used the benefit or not.
Application Deadline of Tourism for All 2025
Eligible individuals can submit their applications through the Unified Digital Portal (gov.gr) or at Citizen Service Centers (KEP) from Monday, February 24th, 2025 (2:00 PM) until Monday, March 10th, 2025 (11:59:59 PM).
