Greece has hired BGR Group, a prominent lobbying and public relations firm based in Washington.
The one-year $600K contract between the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the BGR Group began on February 10, 2025.
The contract was signed by the Greek Ambassador to Washington DC, Ekaterini Nasika, and the Chairman and CEO of the BGR Group, Robert (Bob) Wood. The agreement can be renewed and extended by written notice from each party to the other and upon mutual agreement.
BGR Government Affairs, LLC will provide “government relations services related to US-Greece bilateral relations,” according to the contract seen by AMYNA.
The work may include outreach to US government officials, non-government organizations and thought leaders. It also may distribute information materials on behalf of the Greeks.
